BWCI is pleased to announce a total of twelve staff promotions from 1 July 2022 in our offices in both Guernsey and Jersey.

Erin Bisson becomes a Senior Manager in our Pensions Actuarial Team and Ged Lynam a Senior Manager in our Pensions Administration Team. These promotions strengthen our
management team.
Jessica Sumner becomes a Manager in our Pensions Actuarial Team.
Luke Richards becomes a Manager in our Investment Team.
Lily Guille a Manager for Island Global Research. These promotions reflect an increasing level of responsibilities.
Sam Bisson becomes an Assistant Manager in our Pensions Administration Team, reflecting the growth in this area.
In addition, Amy Dexter and Lee Thompson become Senior Pensions Administrators.
Laura White has completed our initial in-house training programme to become a Pensions Administrator.
In our support teams, Justin Jones is promoted to Manager in our Business Support Team and Carly Tucknott has been promoted to Assistant Manager, Publications and Communications, to reflect their increasing responsibilities.
Oliver Shrigley has completed his initial inhouse training to become an Analyst in our Pensions Actuarial Team.
